On 28 February, a training session was held in Miroslavas, initiated and led by former Youth Can paticipants - members of the "Sporto Fanai" team. Nine former team members attended the training and were delighted to return to share their experiences and inspire the current programme participants.

The training session was full of both sporting excitement and teamwork, with current team members competing against those who have already graduated from the programme. They took part in fun and challenging matches that required strategic thinking.

The participants were also challenged by coach Ingrida Rauličkienė, who encouraged them to use their creativity - the teams had to create a symbol from random objects, reflecting the values of the "Youth Can" programme. The participants coped well with the task, demonstrating their cooperation skills and ability to create together.

The coach was delighted with the initiative and willingness of her students to share: "UBUNTU - I am because we are! This is what unites us!" This phrase became the symbolic message of the whole training, strengthening the team spirit.

After the activities, participants took part in a challenge to test their knowledge about the programme. There was also a film screening, showing a video made from moments captured by the "Sporto Fanai" team. This allowed all participants to recall key moments from the team's inception to the present.

After the training, the alumni unanimously said that they would like to come back to Miroslavas to share their experiences, to stay in close contact with the team and to motivate them to participate in the training and the programme activities.
